Santee Saxophones
does not sell
directly to the consumer, instruments must be purchased
through a dealer
(music store).
Since every new Santee Saxophone includes a basic
professional set-up
(including the
regulation of key height, regulation of spring tension,
checking for leaks and re-seating pads as needed)
by a dealer
(set-up work
compensated via a lower dealer purchase price),
dealers must have a capable woodwind repairperson to do
such adjustments.
Also, dealers must offer an area for customers to
play-test instruments
(WILL NOT sell to music stores that sell instruments
ONLY on-line or by mail order).
